Sparrows are actually incredibly intelligent little birds. Even though they look small and ordinary, they can recognize human faces, remember safe places to find food, and communicate with each other using different chirps and warning sounds. They also love dust baths, instead of water, they sometimes roll around in dry sand or dirt to clean their feathers. And one more fun fact... sparrows often stay close to humans on purpose because over thousands of years they learned that people accidentally create perfect survival environments for them.
